Use this software when plugging in the HDD from the DVR to your PC. This will allow you to access the HDD and transfer the relevant day folder, or individual files, to a location on your PC. You would then use MDVR Player to review the transferred footage. MDVR Player should not be used for accessing a HDD directly.
